Terms and conditions

We want to ensure that you have a great experience while using our equipment.  Please follow our safety rules:

1. Ages 0-5 years only
2. Children must remove footwear (except socks)  
3. Drinks, food, candy, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited on or near the hire equipment at any time.
4. Face paint, glitter, confetti or slime are also strictly prohibited on our equipment at any time.  
5. No sharp objects allowed 
6.  No pets allowed 

 A responsible adult MUST be present to supervise children on the jumping castle and soft play AT ALL TIMES. The safety of children is your responsibility at all times.

The rental period is up to 4 hours. Additional time can be added for $45/hr.   

We require a $50.00 nonrefundable deposit to hold your date. The remaining balance will be due the same day of your event.   Bookings are not confirmed until payment & contract are received. 

We offer free delivery within 20 miles of 72034. A delivery fee will be added to deliveries outside of that radius.

If you need to cancel or postpone your event, please notify us at least 72 hours before the event. Deposits are non-refundable, we will hold your deposit for a future reservation, depending upon availability.  

Bouncy Funland is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from the use of the bounce castle and soft play.
